Summary
There can be no doubt of the importance of European law as a source of modern UK law. Now a core subject for both Bar Council and Law Society, it is vital that all law students equip themselves with a sound understanding of the Community legal system. Students often find, however, that the volume of EC law is becoming overwhelming. This book doesn't attempt to cover every issue, but rather looks at the main themes in a logical, progressive manner, seeking to give the reader an understanding of EC law, concentrating on how, and especially why, the law has developed as it has.
